The Operations Manager streamlines operations, optimises processes and helps ensure trades are executed seamlessly.
What You Will Own
- Streamline day-to-day operations and remove avoidable bottlenecks in trade execution.
- Define, document and improve operating processes.
- Track operational performance using clear metrics and report on it.
- Work with supply chain partners to keep fulfilment reliable.
- Coordinate across teams so operational issues are resolved and not repeated.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
