The Role

Buyers, partners and regulators increasingly expect circular-economy activity to be backed by credible data.

The Sustainability & Impact Analyst quantifies and tracks the environmental impact created through BioTradX trades, and supports ESG transparency, regulatory alignment and impact reporting for buyers, partners and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Own

  • Quantify and track the environmental impact of trades on the platform.
  • Prepare impact and ESG reports for buyers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support alignment with relevant waste and sustainability regulations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and documentation for impact data.
  • Document methods and assumptions so reported figures can be explained and checked.

What Success Looks Like

  • Impact figures are documented, reproducible and clearly labelled as measured or estimated.
  • Stakeholders receive timely, clear impact reporting.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG or impact analytics.
  • Background in environmental science, sustainability, engineering or analytics.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, documentation).
  • Clear communication and stakeholder reporting ability.

Helpful, But Not Essential

  • Knowledge of carbon accounting, circular economy or waste regulations.
